Dr. Fleishman is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an active member of the American Podiatric Medical Association, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management. Dr Fleishman is on staff at Saints Memorial Medical Center, Drum Hill Surgery Center, Anna Jaques Hospital, and Lowell General Hospital where he is a Corporator for the Board of Trustees. |

Dr Downs is Board Certified in Foot Surgery by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is an Alumnus of the Association for the Study of Osteosynthesis (AO-International). Dr. Downs lectures extensively throughout the Merrimack valley on a wide range of topics related to the Lower Extremity. In addition, he is on staff at Saints Memorial Medical Center, Drum Hill Surgery Center, Lowell General Hospital and Anna Jaques Hospital. |
