My problem with lower right back and right side of neck has definitely gotten better. I do not have severe pain anymore. I can turn my neck a little easier. I am glad I chose Dr Pulumbo. The results from his treatments are significantly Beneficial.

As a first time patient, I was truly impressed by the authentically kind and engaging staff. This includes the doctor who was also very knowledgeable and thorough. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen immediately. As always, Dr. Downs is pleasant and willing to answer any questions. Front office staff is cheerful, welcoming, and accommodating e.g. printing receipts, sending to primary care physician. All in all a great medical practice.

Dr. Riordan is a rock star. I do not like dentist/doctor visits so this feedback is actually 11stars. Had/have an issue with foot, he gave me shoe supports and it feels much, much better. He’s also taken really good care of me mum, which is no simple task.

I was treated for Planter Fasciitis . I went in with several pain and Dr. Downs treated me . A Cortisone shot packed my foot for a week. When I came back I did what he told me and exercised and ice. Tree weeks later i had no mor Paine and still have none. I do continue to wear the proper shoes and do my exercises Thank you Very kind people work in that office. I appreciate the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. It’s also very nice to see the actual doctor as so many places nowadays just have you see a nurse practitioner. I was impressed that I got to have a few minutes with the doctor first, before the NP made the casts for my orthotics. He was very patient and answers all my questions without making me feel rushed. The NP was also very helpful in explaining the process while she made the casts. Thank you!

Everyone at New England Foot and Ankle deserves 5 Stars. I had injured my Achilles and was a bit nervous about my path going forward as it relates to an active lifestyle. After 4 weeks of treatment and care I can honestly say I’m 90% and within a few more weeks I’m confident 100% is in my future. The staff was always pleasant and accommodating! Yes I would send others to there!

First of all , shortly after my visit , I was asked to fill out a survey ,which I gladly accommodated. Since then, I have received numerous requests for the same survey. I must say, this is annoying !! My visit was a very positive experience. The Doctor was delightful. She was friendly , knowledgeable and did a very nice job in correcting my toe nail issues. The staff was very friendly ,allowing me to feel comfortable and not so anxious. The office was nicely decorated and as clean and sterile as a whistle. I was amazed by the staff at New England Foot and Ankle. The nurses are awesome and my doctor immediately addressed my foot issue. Not only did he relieve my pain immediately, but helped me prevent long term issues by crafting custom orthotics. He explained everything I needed to use to prevent pain from returning. I feel so much more aware of how foot health impacts my overall wellbeing. Thank you!!

Conveniently located, office friendly and helpful; however, although Dr. Downs was thorough in removing the corn on my hammer toe, the underside of that toe is causing me a lot of pain. Also, I think that this not the practice for me. I need a podiatrist, every three months, to clean up my feet so they don't hurt so much. Dr. Downs was reluctant to just cut my toenails.I understand his position. Thank you.

From the moment I walked into the office, I was greeted with smiling and welcoming staff. As I observed other patients’ interactions with the team, it was as if each person was family. The nursing staff that reviewed my concerns and set expectations regarding my appointment and quickly had me ready to see the doctor. When the doctor came into the exam room, my concerns were immediately met with verbal explanations while he completed a physical assessment. The doctor customized inserts for my shoes and set the explained when/how they should be worn and how soon I would be able to feel a difference in my foot pain. I was also given information about where I could purchase shoes that would meet my specific needs.in spite of having one of the last appointments of the day, I was given the attention and time; there was no rush. I would highly recommend this practice!

I saw Dr Downs recently for pain in my right foot due to a callus from an old surgery. I asked about my left nail. Dr Downs diagnosed a fungus in the nail. Weeks later I called because the toe looked red and I’m a diabetic. I got an appointment the next day . I’m grateful I found him.

The receptionist is always very pleasant And attentive the minute somebody comes in to acknowledge them. The doctors assistant I believe Cindy is wonderful always again very professional and pleasant and efficient with having paperwork or x-rays whatever is needed done. And the doctor explains every procedure very well and listens to what is going on with you and the address is the situation so that you can feel better and it’s very easy on the eyes.

It was a joy meeting Dr. Kim. She is very pleasant and easy to talk to. With the shoe inserts and stretching exercises Dr. Kim suggested my foot is almost pain free! Dr Downs is a very good doctor and easy to talk with. One issue I did have was him not being clear on the cost of the sound therapy. Quoted cost did not include additional cost of office visit. With four subsequent office visit it added up.
